Trovix Group was founded to raise the standard for high-end building and development in London. Our leadership team brings decades of combined experience across construction, structural engineering, and property development—combining strategic development vision with hands-on site expertise.
We're construction-led, which means we understand what's buildable, what's practical, and how to deliver complex projects efficiently.
Our in-house team works alongside trusted specialist subcontractors, all coordinated and managed by Trovix through a dedicated project-management structure.
Who is responsible for the whole job? Trovix. You have one dedicated project manager and one company accountable for the build, whichever specialist trade is on site that week.
Every project gets a dedicated project manager and site manager. We provide weekly updates and a detailed agreed contract sum based on the defined scope of works, with any variations documented and priced before proceeding. We build the kind of homes we'd want to live in ourselves—energy-efficient, beautifully finished, and built to last.
