Completed Trovix Group renovation and extension project in West London

Trust & Standards

Trust should be built into the project

Trovix Group is a London design and build company delivering house extensions, loft conversions, full-home renovations, structural alterations and new build homes across Greater London.

Choosing a builder means trusting a company with your home, your budget and months of important work. Confidence should come from evidence, clear processes and accountability — not simply promises.

What membership involves

  • Vetted membership

FMB membership involves professional checks and an inspection process before a builder is accepted.

  • Work inspected

Our work was inspected as part of the membership process, with the latest inspection recorded on 29 July 2026.

  • Professional accountability

Members agree to follow the FMB Code of Conduct, and the FMB provides a dispute-resolution process where applicable.

What trust looks like in practice

Clear accountability

Every project has a dedicated project manager as your single point of contact, with responsibilities agreed before work begins. Trovix Group provides a 10-year structural warranty on new-build homes, house extensions, loft conversions and structural alteration works, subject to the scope and terms set out in the project contract.

Clearer costs

We would rather explain what drives the price than publish an unrealistically low headline figure. Our cost tools give an early indication; a firm quotation follows once design, specification and site conditions are understood. We provide a detailed agreed contract sum based on the defined scope of works. Any client-requested changes, unforeseen conditions or agreed variations are documented and priced before proceeding.

Professional standards

Our credentials are independently checkable rather than self-awarded, so you can confirm who you are dealing with before you commit to anything. Trovix Group maintains appropriate business and construction insurance for the work we undertake, including Public Liability and Employers’ Liability cover. Project-specific insurance requirements are reviewed where applicable.

  • Structural design by qualified engineers

Structural elements are designed and calculated by a qualified structural engineer, with calculations submitted as part of the Building Control process.
